Our promise
What's covered
Every VESARO timepiece is built to be worn, enjoyed, and kept for years. Your VESARO watch is covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the original date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If a covered defect is confirmed, VESARO will, at our discretion, repair the watch, replace the affected component, or replace the watch when repair is not practical.
- Movement operation; hands and timekeeping functions; crown and pushers
- Factory-installed dial components; case or caseback manufacturing defects; water-resistance failure caused by a confirmed manufacturing defect
- What's not covered: Scratches, dents, or cosmetic wear; strap or bracelet wear from normal use; damage caused by impact, accident, misuse, or improper handling; water damage resulting from an unsecured crown, exceeding the watch's stated water-resistance rating, or improper use; unauthorized repairs, modifications, or servicing; loss, theft, or damage caused by third parties; natural aging of leather, rubber, coatings, or other wearable materials.
