RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At VESARO Watch Co. LLC, we want you to be confident in your purchase. The following policy applies to purchases made directly through vesarowatches.com. Kickstarter pledges and crowdfunding rewards are governed by the applicable campaign terms and Kickstarter’s policies.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition in which it was received
- Free from scratches, damage, alterations, or signs of wear
- Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, protective materials, and included items
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Trying a watch on carefully for fit is acceptable, provided it remains in new and resalable condition.
Starting a Return
To request a return, contact:
Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Returns must be authorized by VESARO before being shipped. Do not send a product back without first receiving return instructions from us.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. VESARO is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged before they are received by us.
If we sent you the wrong product or your item arrived damaged or defective, VESARO will provide appropriate return instructions and, when applicable, cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If your watch or other product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@vesarowatches.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs or video showing the problem, when applicable
We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Manufacturing defects covered by a separate VESARO warranty may also be handled under that warranty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider additional processing time after a refund is issued.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and similar charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where the return results from an error by VESARO.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact hello@vesarowatches.com.
Exchange availability depends on current inventory. Limited-edition, sold-out, or discontinued products may not be available for replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Personalized, engraved, or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, modification, or misuse
- Products missing original components or packaging
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
Kickstarter and Crowdfunding Rewards
A Kickstarter pledge is not the same as a standard purchase made through our online store.
Refunds, cancellations, fulfillment, estimated delivery dates, and other matters relating to crowdfunding pledges are governed by the specific VESARO campaign terms and the applicable crowdfunding platform’s rules.
